Cathay Financial Holding seeks a solution provider with expertise in hand gesture and object detection, specifically tailored for the financial industry.
Cathay Financial Holding seeks a solution provider with expertise in monitoring and risk control within the financial industry using emotional state or HRV.

Desired Solution:

Problem Statement 1 (Hand Gesture and Object Detection):

We are looking for a mature solution provider with a proven track record in the financial industry.
The solution should excel in detecting hand movements and identifying objects, such as cash or stamps.
Emphasis is on hand movement detection, rather than general body movements like walking or falling.

Problem Statement 2 (Emotions, Heart Rate, and HRV Monitoring):

We are looking for a solution provider with a proven track record in scenarios similar to those encountered in banking, law enforcement or casinos.
The solution should excel in generating highly accurate emotional detection and heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring.
Emphasis is on surpassing the level of customer behaviour analysis.
Compliance with Taiwan's strict personal information regulations is crucial.

Opportunities for the Selected Provider:

The chosen solution provider will have the opportunity to engage in a Proof of Concept (POC) with Cathay Financial Holding.
