Real Estate Valuation or Risk Assessment in Southeast Asia
Cathay Financial Holdings, in collaboration with KPMG Matchi, invites startups to participate in a public challenge focused on real estate valuation or risk assessment in Southeast Asia, particularly Cambodia and Vietnam. We are looking for cutting-edge solutions that incorporate geographical characteristics and data, including socioeconomic, demographic, environmental, climatic, and weather factors.
Purpose
Provide actionable insights for the financial industry, real estate investment, reinsurance companies, or the real estate sector.
Enhance the accuracy of real estate valuation and risk assessment by leveraging comprehensive geographical data.
Address challenges related to extreme weather, climate change, or catastrophic climate events.
Requirements of the Solution
Proven experience and a strong track record in the financial industry.
Integration of geographical characteristics and data, including socioeconomic, demographic, environmental, climatic, and weather factors.
Capability to address extreme weather, climate change, or catastrophic climate events.
Locally-based data, AI engines, and domain expertise.
Boundary Conditions
Compliance with local data privacy regulations.
Utilization of locally-based data and AI engines.
Solutions must be practical and feasible for implementation in Southeast Asia.
Selection Criteria
Maturity of the solution and proven track record in the financial industry.
Ability to generate highly accurate real estate valuations and risk assessments.
Compatibility with Cathay’s infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
Potential for integration and enrichment of Cathay’s existing database.
Solutions will be selected to run a Proof of Concept (POC) with Cathay.
